Abacus Diagnostica Oy is a Finnish molecular diagnostics company specialized in rapid DNA testing utilizing its proprietary GenomEra™ technology.

Abacus Diagnostica provides reliable, pathogen specific, easy to use solutions to enable routine use of DNA based testing when infections with critical pathogens are suspected and high sensitivity is needed.

Abacus Diagnostica’s sales are organized through distributors, currently with partners in Finland and 8 other European countries. Totally 33 systems are already placed in Europe, of which half are in routine use.

To accelerate sales and growth, Abacus is now seeking for a capital investment to be targeted on three main topics:

1. Boosting sales by accelerating Europe and entering the US market
2. Widening the the test kit portfolio,  and
3. Increasing production capacity both for test chips and analyzers. 

Company specialized in wireless and mobile solutions for monitoring, alarn and control wiithin health care and security markets.

We focus on eldercare and we already have thousands of users and have entered the growth phase. Major distribution deals have been signed in UK, NL, FR, SE, FI and will shortly be in US.

Looking to raise a total of 3 M in funding for the expansion and rapid growth.

Synoste is a Finnish startup company that develops and will sell novel patient friendly medical solutions for treatment of skeletal deformities. The first target is a better device for the well known, but complication prone limb lengthening procedure, which is still extremely uncomfortable for the patient.  Synoste utilizes smart materials and introduces a less painful and precisely controllable treatment device that lowers the complication rate and enables faster recovery to normal life.

Valkee Oy is a health technology company founded in 2007 that has developed a bright light headset device for treatment of Seasonal Affective Disorder. The knowhow of the company is based on long term scientific research and development work together with the Oulu University.
